Online registration is now available

On receipt of your payment for the conference, a confirmation email together with all the information you will need to attend the conference will be sent to you.  Please note that registrations are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Early bird registration will close at midnight GMT Friday 12th February 2010, after this date all fees will increase by £50.

FULL RESIDENTIAL PACKAGE
Includes: 

  • Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (Single En-Suite Study room) Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Attendance to Plenary session and evening buffet on Monday
  • Attendance at Conference with lunch and tea/coffee breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

LUNCH TIME WORKSHOPS
The BSCB/BSDB Joint Conference is pleased to hold special lunchtime workshops on Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference.  These can be booked during the registration process and are free of charge.

Payment

Payment for registration can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or invoice.  All registration fees must be paid in full before the conference.  Any outstanding payments will need to be paid on arrival before access to the conference is allowed.

It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure registration fees have been paid before they attend the conference.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations will be accepted in writing until Friday 12th March 2010, until which time a 70% refund will be given. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 12th March 2010.

Notification of cancellation must be in writing to the Conference Secretariat – lindsay.cooke@hg3conference-secretariat.co.uk
